The Wellness Hotel in Stoos is a perfect blend of peace and comfort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area is wonderful and everything served at the restaurant delicious. The surrounding area is lovely. I had the best stay!

Location! Everything is accessible by foot, bus, boat, or train. Breakfast offered everything we look for. In the Annex we knew there would be no real view, so we weren't disappointed or surprised.

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The location is absolutely breathtaking—right by the lake with stunning mountain views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was huge, the toilet was spacious, and the balcony was such a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was good, and the lady attending to the guests was kind and attentive, making the morning experience even better. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. They also let us check in early and check out late. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful lakeside setting!

We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It has all amentities you want when travelling with kids. The pool area was incredible with build in spas overlooking snow capped mountains. Pools are heated. Across the road from Lake Lucerne where we could kayak.
