For our two week in Germany, this was the best stay. Best breakfast, clean room, most helpful service and they went out of their way to accommodate us and made us feel welcome.

I arrived too late to get dinner in hotel's restaurant but the bar was still open. Bartender served me three kinds of beer as well as several liquors free of charge. I was very hungry afterwards and almost missed breakfast, and the waiter baked three extra buns for me. They treated me here like at home.

Great location ideal for anyone keen on cycling, horse riding or running, excellent pool and spa areas, although not an area where english is widely spoken the staff went out of their way to help, would highly recommend and will visit again

Quiet and serene. The rooms were clean and well stocked -although a private coffee pot would have been nice. The towel warmer was wonderful. The views were incredible. The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. A mid January visit means most of the neighboring towns were resting after the Christmas bustle. It took some searching to find shops that were open. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would definitely recommend it.

This 4-star hotel lies in green countryside, a 5-minute walk from Waldeck Castle. Guests enjoy free use of the spa with swimming pool, saunas and steam room. Parking is free.
