From 17.03 until 26.03 we were in amazing hotel Charmillion. The room was so clean and specially the beds were so comfortable. The food was tasty. Check-in went smoothly thanks to friendly and efficient staff. The check-out was quick and without problems. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Specially we would like to thanks to the manager of the hotel Saraf. He was so kind to us, helping with many questions any time.

The resort was sensational, diverse food, active animation, large rooms, very clean, they changed towels daily, you could leave the beach towels in the evening and in the morning you could take them clean, this daily. Many pools, bars, I didn't even manage to discover them all. The strong point - the huge coral reef, is a bay area, quiet, without wind for several hundred meters where you can discover the aquatic world. Farsha cafe close, old market - also quite close.

During our 10 day stay at Aqua Blu, we had the most amazing time. We are a family of 5, (kids 11, 8 and 5). The hotel it self is really nice. We had a large family room that had a main room with a large bed and one bedroom with a large bed. Activities The activities are great. Waterpark is just out of this world and the kids had so much fun in the slides. Both in Aqua Blu and Aqua Park. The mini golf was only open at night at Blu and we could not use the one on the Park side which was a small letdown. During the evenings it was nice to enjoy the activities in the main area. Food The food is good. The Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants are basically the same restaurant. Cave du Roi was nice and the Italian restaurant was a bit limited. But always something for everyone. Would have loved some more change though on the menu. We used Club Mac a lot for burgers, pizza and fries. Love the pizza and the fries there! Staff Can’t say enough good things about the staff in this hotel. Basically everyone is wonderful. I have to mention a few of them specially Ahmed Salah was our guy the whole trip. Can’t praise that guy enough. Mostafa Ice cream guy by the kids pool. He was great and so much fun Eslam Mohamed (Salah) Bar waiter at LA Veranda. Great guy Cleaning This hotel is just spotless. The rooms had amazing decorations made from towels that I can’t understand how it’s possible to make. Just so nice!

Besides the Russians, Everything. Starting with Mr. Islam at the reception who upgraded us to a family suite, wonderful people from the animations team, great food (and no belly problems even though we ate also salads etc.). Clean room every day maintained by a very helpful man. Wonderful massages at the SPA, great beauty salon too.

Exactly what I was looking for! Front sea room and immediate beach, few days of total relax. Safwa, manager, Abdullah from hospitality and Allah the night security officer among with other staff have contributed to make this holiday very enjoyable. What strucks the most is the breakfast , a lot of food just for one person and what can I say about the room? Spacious and comfortable. Waking up in the morning, open the window and seeing the sea few meters away was just amazing! Great choice!

All the staff is really very intentional and very nice. The quality-price ratio is excellent. There is a quiet pool side and a more active pool side, it really allows you to choose what kind of day you want to spend. The beaches of the hotel are very good and the free shuttles to get there are very convenient. We had a great vacation.
