Bilbao空港に深夜（最終便）に到着、レンタカーで夜中、高速道路をひたすら走り、明け方にやっとホテルに到着しました。遅いチェックインでしたがスタッフは気持ちよく迎えてくれました。部屋は広く、清潔で、内装は落ち着いた色調で統一されて、いつまでも部屋にいたい気分になります。朝食の品数は差程、多くはありませんでしたが、しっかりした品質の物ばかりでした。コーヒーを頼むと豆から挽いて持ってきてくれました。登山用のガスボンベの購入が必要でしたので量販店の道順を尋ねるとご主人自ら車で道案内をしていただき、大変、助かりました。
