Amazing hotel! The rooms and clean and new with all amenities. The hotel’s territory is an amazing space, well kept and so green. Hotels design just takes your breath away. The stuff is so kind, helpful and attentive. We had a celebration during our stay and they were kind enough to bring us a bottle of complementary champagne. The bars, restaurant are top with the nicest atmosphere and best service and best cocktails and drinks. Live music in the evenings just makes the view even more magical. The view from the gym is just out of this world. This is hands down the best hotel to stay in Tenerife. Could not recommend it more! Look no more and book it for your stay, you will have a lovely vacation!

Amazing complex!!! We had a big villa, with wonderful big rooms and beds. Nice, clean bathrooms, big balconies... And bottle of champain. Poos were very clean, very nice gardens, lovely restaurant. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic. I woul recommend this place. Thank you so much

Hotel location is excuisit, the view from the balcony is amazing. Hotel staff is so nice and professional. We went on our honeymoon trip there and they surprised us with champaine, chocolate and even gave us free room upgrade. Everything in this hotel is decorated in tropic style which makes it even more suitable for Tenerife vacation. Also, it's very close to the city.

We had really amazing experiences in this hotel. Great and helpful staff, great welcoming. The facilities are brand new and stylish. Everything is nice and clean. Beautiful territory, quite convenient location, free parking just near the hotel, easy to go out to the city by taxi (~10 euro). Easy to get to any part of the island. Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice and good options to eat/drink during the day even despite the face restaurant is not fully functional yet. Great place, we will definitely come back!
