I loved everything. The room was beautiful, the staff exceptional. Alfonso was very helpful via email before I arrived and after I arrived. My view was amazing. I had the best time considering I travelled alone.

Second time in this hotel. Our room was really nice, great design with quality furnishings. The sea view from our 5th floor balcony was fantastic. The hotel grounds and facilities are great, including the pools, the gardens and the restaurants, and everything is clean and functional. The breakfast and dinner buffet was also good (especially the breakfast) with great variety and very good value. We were satisfied with everything.

Everything was wonderful. I felt it was great value for money and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the food and upgraded to the full drinks package which was excellent value too. As a l9ne traveller for the first time I was a little nervous of how it would fell but the staff, location, safety etc all made me feel very comfortable. THANK YOU.. I will 100% return to this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, would recommend to anyone visiting Lanzarote. Parking was super easy, staff friendly and breakfast amazing! Beautiful rooftop patio where my husband and I enjoyed a bottle of wine at sunset. Some awesome restaurants in the area as well which the hotel recommended, in this peaceful sleepy little town. Recommend a day trip to Graciosa island if you stay here.
