Great location just off the busy section but close enough for a short walk to everything - cinema, shopping, old town, all the sites! Parking next to the hotel was fantastic to have. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and the interior of the hotel was inviting, warm, friendly, and wonderful. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, 24/7 front desk.

The location was fabulous, with lots of lovely restaurants in close walking distance. The pool area was simply divine, perfect way to end the late afternoon after a day exploring the area. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa facilities as it closed quite early and opened late. Having secure parking was also a bonus, would recommend anyone to have a comfortable stay here! thank you Aquabella

This property is wonderful. Second stay for us. Our previous stay was only 2 months ago when I left a review which listed some possible improvements. Well how impressed was I with the detailed response. And to be back and see action taken on this was extra impressive. The outside pool area and bar is so relaxing and beautiful. We dined at the outdoor restaurant and the service was great along with the menu which had slightly changed since our first visit. We also used the spa which I recommend to book before your stay. We used the gym which has an excellent range of equipment and is actually a large training area not like most hotels. Our room was on the 2nd level and looked onto the golf course. All was comfortable and spacious for the three of us. A big thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff.

The property is lovely, staff are friendly and premises clean, we had a studio apartment that was very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hob,toaster and coffee machine. there is the facility to have breakfast there. it’s 5mins walk from the train station. 7min walk from the town, there is a supermarket at the top of the road and a park at the bottom which is lovely. Aix itself is beautiful, there are great transport links with buses and trains to local towns. The pool area is lovely and kept clean There is a launderette and parking on site
