A real gem in Megève! The new Novotel is absolutely gorgeous! Right at the heart of the village, location could not be more perfect. The rooms are far better than photos show. Especially the suites which are well designed and project a great cozy feel. The staff was amazing, everyone is trying their best to accommodate the clientele. As one can imagine, the latter is not the best out there, usually unreasonably demanding. That being said, I witnessed the staff handling guests perfectly well. The bar area was my favorite. The big TV and live games was the highlight. The menu of the restaurant could slightly improve, but still offers a great variety and does the trick. Other than that, there is really nothing that comes short of fantastic!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The complimentary shuttle service to the city was a fantastic and convenient surprise, making our trips so much easier. The view from the breakfast hall was absolutely stunning, and it added a luxurious touch to our mornings. The spa was excellent, offering a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped.
