The room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant, a cut above the normal pub standard, followed by a a few beers in the bar. The breakfast was very good.

Great location for visiting family who live nearby. The room had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. Awesome breakfasts and loved the coffee. Had 3 meals in the restaurant which were all really good.

Lovely friendly staff & management, very hospitable, felt like they genuinely wanted us to be as comfortable as possible & enjoy our stay. The food, decor, vibe & cleanliness all v good (& the shower better than ours at home). Feels like a lot of heart goes into this hotel. Will deffo return If back in that area in future.

This is a great hotel, near the rail station and city center. All staff are so friendly and helpfull. Restaurant and breakfast are great. Could not ask for more for my bussines trip in Swindon. Highly recommended.
