I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing time in Jersey at the Pomme d'Or. Its situation so close to the bus station is so convenient for travelling. My room as always clean and tidy thanks to Narvil's work. I could not find any faults with the room. I had requested a "quiet" room and 328 was ideal. All the staff were efficient and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was well arranged and the food excellent.

Everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our 1 year wedding anniversary so special. A card and Prosecco on arrival, all the staff wished us happy anniversary and even our desserts said happy anniversary. The food was 10*. So so amazing!

Superbly equipped, spotlessly clean, large studio apartment. Everything you might need in the kitchen area including a washing machine, full-size dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge-freezer. Plenty of cupboard space and drawers, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, foldable clothes dryer. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, towels and toiletries. Staff all very welcoming, helpful and professional. Booking, arrival, check-out process easy and efficient. All communication pre-arrival and in accommodation comprehensive, clear and timely. Very impressed, exceeded expectations, would definitely stay again and for longer.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The location is excellent, on a hill with views down to the bay and the bus stops outside. There is a big flight of steps down to the promenade and beach. There is a great terrace. The staff are excellent, well trained and friendly. The breakfast is very good. Cooked food is made to order and is of a high quality. There is also a buffet which includes fresh fruit and pastries. Our room was spacious with a nice view from the balcony.

Location was tremendous, overlooking the beautiful St Brelades Bay. Staff were impeccably mannered and superb service. Hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and sea view room very comfortable and well stocked with drinks, loved the Jersey milk carton touch. Food very good quality, breakfast outstanding and lots of choice, Grill restaurant took it up another notch, superb.
