Staff were incredibly friendly - especially the women who checked us out. We brought a large dog and they were very accommodating towards us. Such spacious rooms with the most amazing beds! Would definitely stay here again :)

Well equipped accommodation and peaceful location. Daily visits from red squirrels. Great sized space, big enough for a decent game of holiday home hide and seek! The place is up a very steep hill, which I loved for my daily walks, but the grandparents were able to get a taxi from the town centre rank easily enough to avoid the walk.

The room was in all very confortable, bathroom is decent size and shower very nice. Breakfast is excellent with both cold and hot food choices. Nice view from the rooms. Good location, pretty central to all directions.

Wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful setting. The restaurant is excellent and breakfasts are delicious. I highly recommend this place – it was my second visit and I will definitely return.

Our room was quiet and overlooked the street, we had plenty of room, they also had a pod coffee machine in our room which was great. Breakfast you do need to book, the menu has a good variety of choices, and the brasserie is large and allows for all numbers of groups to be seated. We took advantage of the spa facilities the person who provided the massage and beauty services was lovely and created a relaxing environment. She was good at her job. Bar facilities were also great and again allowed for intimacy and group seatings. The staff were all great as well.

Set on the edge of Oban's Esplanade, with sea views of Mull, Kerrera and the Firth of Lorne, the hotel has a sun lounge and free WiFi.
