Beautiful hotel structured on terraces (as the name says), with beautiful small gardens and gazebo to enjoy the good season. We've been greeted with kindness and we received a free room upgrade, very appreciated! The room was big, very clean and comfortable, we greatly enjoyed it.

Good location, near the lake. Staff speaks English very well (among other languages) and are very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed confortable. All of the above made us feel like home. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Akhaltsikhe Region.

Really unique stay, staying in the castle walls! The hotel was clean, tidy and staff were very helpful. We also ordered room service, and the food was great! Spa facilities are extensive also, although we wish they were open in the morning as well as the evening during our stay. The bed / room were very comfy
