After reading the reviews we were not so sure about choosing this Hotel, specially being a bit far from lifts and new Gudauri, but honestly the staff and specially "Tako" the manager of the hotel made our stay a very special experience. The first day we wanted to go skiing the guy working got very busy and we had to wait a little bit, so after we came back from ski, the manager "Tako" told us we don't have to pay for our rentals that day! Because we waited too long! also gave us her phone number to call so she can arrange pickup each day when we wanted to come back from the lifts to the hotel! The Hotel is a bit far from new Gudauri but we easily got a bolt each time about 27 Gel they also offer a complimentary shuttle that operates from 10 to12 and takes you to shino lift and also picks you up coming back. The breakfast is simple but tasty, different kinds of cold cuts and cheese and dried and fresh fruit, some pastry and sausage and omlet, good coffee and an amazing view. The rooms are cleaned every day, free water and coffee. If you have a balcony which we did, the view is amazing. Also the sauna and the pool are clean and well kept and its a great experience after a long day of ski, we also ate three times at the hotel restaurant, the pizza and the mexican fries are really good. Altogether we do suggest this hotel if you want a clean quiet hotel with some friendly nice staff. We will be back!

The room with the beautiful view was really worth it. The Hotel is clean, modern, with a nice little Spa area. The pool is great and the sauna a real treat after long hikes. I really want to highlight the personell. Everyone was very friendly and kind and they gave us a warm welcome and a nice stay! The german-speaking front desk lady was very friendly and we had great conversations during our stay! We wish you all the best!
