This was 1 of 3 hotels we stayed during our trip in Santorini and this was our favorite hotel. Nikos the reception guy and the staff was incredibly nice and did everything possible for us! We could not have asked for a better view and a place to enjoy our stay in Santorini. Location of the hotel was also one of our favorites. This accommodation had also the best value. The room types where quite different I think but we choose Honeymoon Suite with outdoor hot tub and Caldera View and I would highly recommend that one.

Lia, is very helpful and made our check in easy and made very concise recommendation of the places to visit n eat around. The sumptuous breakfast fed is very well for the start of the day. The view from hotel is totally taking breath away. This hotel is like the hidden gem in very busy island of Santorini. We loved it all! From the staff that is very welcoming to the facilities. Room was super spacious with beautiful desing with Cyclades art decor. The bed was super comfortable and room had beautiful terrase with absolutely the most beautiful view. The infinity pool was superb. The restaurant is also great, breakfast was super delicious and rich and I also we visited the restaurant for the dinner the service was great! All in all, we cannot wait to go back!

We can view the entire sunset "right smack" from inside our hotel room with unblocked view of the ocean and volcano. Soaking in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the sunset is also a PLUS point. Our host, Joanne is very friendly and attentive. Even with our last minute booking of the room and ferry pickup service, she arranged them all perfectly. Always servicing with a smile. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go to Santorini.

Our stay in Sanotrini Palace was really excellent. People at the reception are very helpful and welcoming. The white buidlings are so pretty and the pool offers a beautiful view on the sea.
