This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!
