The property is in a great location with the overview of a rice fields! We liked a lot that everything is green and you are constantly surrounded by nature sounds which was very calming 💚 The room and the bathroom was very spacious and we also enjoyed the pool area with the great view 😊 Also, we recommend the spa as the foot massage that we had was very relaxing 💆🏻‍♀️Speaking about restaurant, it also offers lots of tasty things and the breakfast itself is really nice and big, lots of variety and choice for everyone's taste! The staff is really great, helpful, warm and very welcoming which makes this place unique in Sidemen ❤️ Since it was my boyfriend's birthday, all the staff (reception, restaurant and the housekeeping team) helped to surprise him with some sweet treats and room decorations which was trully amazing!! 😊✨🎂 So I wanted to expresss gratitude and big thank you to this place, it's really amazing and I cannot recommend it more while you are in Sidemen! Be sure to include this place on your list!

The resort is beautifully placed between the rice terraces. The bamboo house we stay in (Alila) had fantastic views from the bedroom and upper terrace. There are 2 infinity swimming pools. The bigger one has a better view but the small one felt like our private pool. The breakfast was very tasty. In the restaurant you can enjoy a delicious food. It is difficult to choose whether to stay inside or outside because the restaurant is so beautiful. There is a spa in the resort. It’s perfect as well but a bit more expensive than what we experience in other places in Bali.

We loved staying at Kankhara Villas. The Villa had only recently opened this week. The Villa was beautiful, clean and had lots of great amenities. The private pool was lovely and clean and has beautiful views over Sidemen. The location is great, close walking distance to many Waurungs and quite. The hotel also provided the opportunity to organise activities and transport. The staff where incredibly kind and attentive and went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. The breakfast and afternoon tea where delicious with many different options. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Thank you for a great stay.

We arrived and were immediately fascinated by this place and its atmosphere. It is calm, directly in nature, the staff was the sweetest and so helpful (they helped us sort out any issue with so much patience) and everything is well mantained and clean. The breakfast was also fine. There is no AC which worried us a bit before arriving but it is really not needed. There were two fans which were more than enough.

The room was amazing and big. We had our own balcony with the best view of the rice terraces. The swimming pool also looked over the terraces. They have a new restaurant, and the food was very delicious. Friendly staff and very helpful. You will make a mistake if you do not stay over during your trip!

Breakfast was to order and was always tasty and served with a friendly smile. Staff were most attentive and everyone was keen to help in any way should the need arise. The Hotel was lovely and mostly quiet, look out for the crazy farmer who keeps banging his shed to keep the birds away from his rice paddies. Other than that, if you are looking for a quite getaway then Sideman is the place to go.

Staying at Devani Resort Sidemen was a truly relaxing experience. Nestled among lush rice fields, the resort feels like a hidden sanctuary, far removed from the noise of everyday life. We arrived the day after their grand opening and were welcomed with genuine warmth by the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Our family bungalow had separate rooms, each with its own entrance, connected by a shared terrace. The view from the terrace was stunning—peaceful and beautifully serene. We spent two nights there, and even though it rained, the atmosphere remained magical, with mist rolling over the hills and the soothing sounds of nature all around us. The food was fresh and flavorful, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared with care. One of the highlights of our stay was creating our own Balinese offering. We learned the meaning behind each petal and color, which made the experience even more special. We also recommend visiting their neighbor, Caturasa Silver Workshop—a wonderful activity we thoroughly enjoyed. On our departure day, we had to leave very early. When our driver didn’t show up as planned, the staff quickly stepped in and arranged transportation to Padang Bai, ensuring we didn’t miss our ferry. We highly recommend Devani Resort if you're looking for a place to reconnect with nature and find peace.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even though we checked out early in the morning the staff gave us the possibility to use the hotel amenities after we came back for the bags (8hrs). Amazing evening nature show of bats flying around and grabbing water from the pool. ❤️🦇
