On many of our short-stay trips to towns and cities we want to enjoy dining out in restaurants, rather than feeling tied to a hotel. Long Quay House gave us the joy of an excellently maintained and run bed and breakfast, with a friendly, family-run feel. You are made to feel very much at home. Parking was free and much nearer than we had expected from the website, being just a two minute walk away. A host of welcoming shops, restaurants and pubs within very easy walking distance. We will definitely try to stay at Long Quay House again if we are in the area.

An accommodation above our expectations. The room, staff, breakfast, dinner & drinks and oh, the sweet silence. Not to mention the great spa facilities included in your stay. It was just a quick stop on our journey, but I'd definitely return!

The room was beautifully decorated, good facilities, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and perfect. The location was terrific and as promised, there was plenty of parking out the back of the hotel.
