The check-in process was very smooth and reception staff (Mr. Anand and Suraj) were very kind and polite. The hotel is located in close proximity to the ganges and there are a variety of eating options around the hotel. The hotel restuarant serves delicious food as well. This hotel was amazing! The Sterling Palm Bliss was the nicest hotel we have stayed in on our travels in India. The rooms were so nice, clean and spacious. We had a lovely balcony and the bathroom and shower so also amazing. The staff could not do more for you, from check in, to the staff in the spa, the staff working on the Italian rooftop restaurant, the staff in the main restaurant and then the breakfast staff. The gym was also lovely to have as it was the perfect size and could do what you needed to do. The morning yoga sessions were also added bonus to start the morning before breakfast. I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Risikish.
