Staff were so kind and friendly, helpful in every way, Big thanks to Dennis, Marikota, for their kindness and conversation, also to the man from bracciano who I didn't get a name for who was always friendly and willing to converse and so helpful. Everyone is so pleasant you are relaxed as soon as you walk into reception. The reception staff are top notch and very professional. Great staff all who work hard and always have a smile for each guest. Very little to find fault with this Hotel, super facilities, Fantastic peaceful setting,really it is a memorable and wonderful experience. Highly recommended by us, a couple we stayed in deluxe room, large spacious, spotlessly clean.

Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. The suite was excellent, very clean, large with a view to the main garden. The staff changed our towels daily and prepared a full breakfast buffet for all tastes. The location is also excellent as it's close to the Terme dei Papi (the hotel also offers a ferry service to and from the springs) and also very close to Viterbo. We used it as a base to explore the region for which it was perfectly located. We would definitely book again.
