I loved my stay Unico Hotel D'Arte! Monica, Livia, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so kind! The property is a hidden gem and has the prettiest vibe and views. Breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and it's views were beautiful and it was hard to leave the balcony each day to visit Mondello and Palermo! Highly recommend!

My husband & I stayed 5 nights recently. This is a charming property , 3 Min walk to the beach., with lovely private garden. A mature& quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable bed. Bathroom, with fabulous shower, & Beautiful shower gel& shampoo provided. Carla is charming host & with her team run a great hotel. Breakfast is provided each morning & was delicious, served on the the terrace in a beautiful garden . She arranged airport taxi transfers for us too.

The location for this hotel is absolutely excellent ! It is within walking distance of many of the attractions as well as tourists hop on and hop off bus pickup and drop-off points. It was a stone's throw away from a long stretch of road which housed a lot of the luxury outlets and brand names. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant with a lot of selections and the restaurant manager and waiters were very helpful and always asking if we need anything. The food was of very high quality and the spread was adequate. I really like the fact that there was a sofa bed in the "living area" which meant that I could lie down and watch television if I needed to. However, the fact that there was not much sound insulation in terms of proper walls between this area and a master bedroom was disadvantages as it would mean I will need to turn down the volume significantly in order not to disturb my partner. The Toilet Rain Shower water pressure was absolutely fabulous but the bathing area seem to be flooding very quickly.
