I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently rate it a perfect 10. It’s truly a great place to spend your holidays, especially if you’re a beach lover, as it’s conveniently close to the beach. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning rooftop terrace. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the rooftop terrace restaurant personnel were attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my meals. It was an unforgettable dining experience. The hotel staff, from the cleaning crew to the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cater to my needs. I felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. What sets this hotel apart is its proactive management. They were always one step ahead, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. They were also incredibly supportive when a minor issue arose during my stay, handling it promptly and professionally, which left a lasting positive impression on me. In summary, this hotel is a hidden gem for a perfect holiday getaway. With its proximity to the beach, a breathtaking rooftop terrace, and a staff that’s both friendly and efficient, I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a true 10 out of 10 experience, and I can’t wait to return.

The location is excellent—easily accessible and just steps away from the long promenade and beautiful beach. This properly is located in the best position close to the beach close to the shops and very convenient. The staff were nothing but amazing and if I come back I would choose this hotel again They also had breakfast and brunch which worked well for me and my family

Paradis Pietrasanta could not be better located to visit one of my favourite towns in Tuscany! The team were really friendly and helpful. They also have a sister hotel, Paradis Agricole, which is a five minute drive from there, situated in an olive grove where you can escape to for a swim in their pool.

Perfect location beside the beach. Large swimming pool. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. Staff is very friendly and professional. Kettle and a variety of teas in the room, but no coffee. Parking is available for a fee. Taxi around €20-30 from/to the Viareggio train station. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back.
