Everything about this hotel was PERFECT for us. We had the best time at their private beach, excellent dinner and breakfast. Love the friendliness and warm smiles of the receptionist and waitress. What made our stay even special, is the room upgrade and the view of the Dead Sea from our balcony......NICE!

I so wish we had booked to stay for 2 nights instead of 1. This guesthouse is in a restricted area, due to its proximity to the Palestine border. On arrival, go to the Visitor Centre and speak to the Police. They will issue you with a pass that enables you to pass the checkpoint and drive down to the guest house. Due to border patrols, you are not allowed to access the River Jordan at night. There is ample parking and, currently, the whole area is very quiet. (However, the Catholics are building on the adjacent plot, so this might increase the number of tourists.) There were only half a dozen other people staying when we were there, so we almost had the residence to ourselves. Our room has comfortable twin beds and was utterly quiet. We hadn't realised how far the guest house was from the nearest town and how difficult it was to access the site, so we didn't know where to get dinner. The cooks prepared food for the staff and they kindly provided extra, so that we were able to eat. The absolute highlight for me was sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over Palestine. It really was rather special and I didn't want to go in to bed.

Everything despite the fact that most facilities were still under repair and great part of the resort wasn’t functioning. Only 1 restaurant and 1 pool of many of the original resort but they are working on it and hopefully with more tourists they will be back to their original splendour. The location is unbeatable and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I had a huge double room with balcony with pool and sea view

Great and quite location close to the sea; relaxing hotel atmosphere; European style breakfast and dinner buffet supplemented by some local dishes at affordable prices (dinner for 12 JD); friendly and knowledgeable staff (thank you Sameer); rooms with great views unto Israel; comfortable beds; sunset terrace; large pool plus extra pool and slides for the kids; frequent bus shuttle service to the beach (2 min ride every half hour); free Dead Sea mud available at the beach for skin treatment.

The host & caretaker were super helpful on arrival. Everything was clean. The apartment exceeded expectations. We wanted to stay longer. The public beach is about a 15-20 minute walk from the property. We had a spacious kitchen living space & bedroom with washing machine/ oven. The fuse blew on one side of the apartment & the caretaker came right away to resolve the problem. Anything we needed like extra toiletries and a cooking pan they brought it over within minutes. The host was helpful with instructions on how to get to the apartment with details on good apps to use in the vicinity. Super hospitable and comfortable place. We wished we could've stayed longer but someone else already beat us to it. I hope they also have a lovely stay.
