Extremely good location. The first floor is right next to the train station, and a supermarket and even a macdonalds if you need it. The hotel staff spoke English, which seems to be a rarity these days in Japan. The view was nice and the room was clean. The cleaning staff were also very polite and friendly to me.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable. The bath tub was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and very well served. The check out time was very convenient too. We enjoyed very much our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved how clean and tidy everything was, and the view was pretty, especially at night. Vending machines for drinks and free ice from the ice machine 😂 Very close to chiba minato station.Right next to a 7 Eleven 😊

The moment you check in to checking out the service from staff is excellent especially the staff who greet you and wave you off outside when you leave absolutely amazing. Staff with their passion and enthusiasm is paramount to having a successful hotel. We enjoyed the Hyatt very much and we will look forward to coming back for sure.

My only gripe would be the frequency of the shuttle bus and how crowed the shuttle bus gets. Apart from that, it is a perfect hotel for families wanting easy access to the Disney resort.

The free shuttle bus was convenient. The food was good. We did not get tired even we stayed for 5 nights. I enjoyed the hot bath on the 7th floor and it was relaxing and comforting.
