The service at this hotel was the best we got on our trip this year. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly. Shipping lugage was spotless, no self-service style. You're fully helped by the staff. We had rooms on the 17th floor, no noise at all from the train station below. Breakfast is very extensive and really well tasting. And again with great staff. Location is perfect if you want to do train trips to Itsukushima and Fukuoka like we did.

Everything was clean, the room was much larger than average. Realistically it was big enough for 4 people. I like that the bathroom/shower/wc are separate rooms. Having a kitchen and a washing machine are also a huge bonus.

I liked the prison look from outside. When you look at the hotel it looks like a prison from the old movies. Funny. The cleanliness was good and spacious enough for us! We liked the lobby where we could do some more preparations before leavung and the staff all Japanese, was friendly and trustworthy!

We loved everything about this hotel, from the nice staff over the spacious room to the great rain shower. It's not near any major sights, but it's just a short walk to the other side of the train station from where all the buses and streetcars depart, so we didn't mind. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! This hotel was the highlight of my three-week trip across Korea and Japan. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with an amazing river view.
