This resort is beautiful, with friendly, helpful staff members, and is exceptionally well kept. The rooms, grounds, restaurants are all so clean, I was amazed. I would absolutely return to this hotel chain and would recommend it to others.

They say the best things happen when you least plan or expect them, and that’s exactly what happened with this accommodation. We changed our travel plans, canceled a previously booked stay, and ended up at this hotel through a last-minute offer—a slice of paradise on earth, because that’s exactly what this place was. From the outside, you’d never guess the gem waiting within. The hotel is, of course, exclusive, and the price is higher than what we paid this time, but every bit of luxury offered is worth it. The interior design is top-notch—stylish decor, elegant furniture, and stunning artwork on the walls, which I eagerly captured in my photos. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm. The breakfast was like that of a five-star hotel. The in-room refrigerators were stocked with complimentary refreshing drinks. On a warm evening, under the glow of torches, we sat on the beautiful balcony as a family and reflected that this place and this evening would likely remain in our memories for a lifetime.

Everything is beautiful! Garden is so green, a lot of palms on the beach. The staff are very polite. The manager Pamela was so helpful in many things, she helped us to rent a motor bike with locals, and had organize a cake for our anniversary as a surprise.

The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home right away. I had forgotten to put in my booking that we had our 1 year old daughter with us and the staff were not fazed at all. We arrived very late but they had thought ahead to ask the driver who collected us from Mombasa to take our order for dinner so there was food for us when we arrived even though the kitchen had closed. The hotel is really beautiful and has an amazing view of the sea. The way the sunbeds and pool is laid out it feels like you are on the beach without actually being on the beach. If you wish to get in the sea it is just down some steps. The staff helped us with all encounters with the hawkers on the beach. It is definitely the most beautiful of the resorts in the area that we saw online and in real life when we explored the area. It looks exactly like the pictures which I have found is not always the case with hotels on booking.com. The food was really good and was much better than what we had been eating on safari and in Nairobi. The highlights were the prawns and tuna. We would have enjoyed a little more variety and African influenced food on the menu but there were daily specials which hit the spot. The staff did seem a little hurt when we had dinner out one night (there's a really good Korean restaurant just at the end of the driveway to the hotel). As the hotel is so small it is understandable that they would want you to eat/spend money with them rather than elsewhere.

Great location, close easy walk to the beach, grossery shop, restourants, bakery, bars…all you need. Our room was huge on ground floor, very comfortable bad, 2 pillows. Very clean. Great value for money. We would stay again here.

Had an amazing week at Diani sea resort, all the staff are fabulous, so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food was great, there is something available all day long and we especially loved the cocktails. The grounds are clean and well maintained and both the beach and pool have loads of beds so it’s never a struggle. Highly recommend this hotel

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT The main restaurant was the best,big man from malinid (AISHA JUMA BROTHER)i was very helpful, and all the staff 😀 Specially our hostess EDNA was very resourceful and helping. The reception ladies were friendly, and they helped us. Security men top notch 👌 Pool man is very helpful. The music entertainment is very loud but entertaining ,though 🤔 The entertainment team, especially the MC lady, fulfiled my request to put SOMALI MUSIC 🎶 THAT LADY MAKE ENTERTAINMENT ANOTHER LEVEL. MY WIFE AND I WE HAD SPECIAL ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH AND MR JOSEPH FROM KAMPA LAND WAS HELPFUL. ALL I CAN SAY IS SOUTHERN PALM BEACH RESORT ⛱️ IS LOVELY 😍 AND MY NEXT TRIP i.a will spend sometime 😀 THANK YOU EVERRY ONE, THE CLEANING TEAM,the security,supervisors,all the staff 😀 Thank you for your hospitality. the manageress blizzi was great she helped us a lot when we had any problems. the staff was just great the best employee in Kenya and that was Winni he was so great he really got us everything we needed and more he helped us with everything so he definitely needs a pay rise blissy. the rooms were super clean the big garden around was just mega there you can watch monkeys and also the one or the other sometimes a banana to stick or you sound cookie otherwise the stay was very very nice and we would love to come back and also thanks again to the cook who cooked for us from morning to evening delicious delicious delicious Sebastian

    The rooms were renovated and upgraded, the food was amazing, now daily seafood at lunch time was added and sushi in the evenings. That is what we need at the beach. They have received the travel life certificate and use glass bottles in the rooms and don't replace towels if not needed. The staff as usual very welcoming and friendly.
