The hotel was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and great variety. Staff were fabulous in all areas. Special mention of Luis who offered friendly & informative information on the area. Also, to other staff (names not known) who assisted us when we encountered problems on check out with our car, greatly appreciated

Beautiful place to be! Exceptional stay in the Castle, feels so special. During the time we were here a fest was happening in Palmela, which made the access to the hotel a bit difficult. However the staff was perfectly helpful providing tips and instructions how to get to the hotel still. The view is incomparable. The small restaurant in the castle is perfect for lunch or dinner, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the bread is extremely good!
