The staff was exceptional and Mohammed was one of the main staff members that made my stay there extremely pleasant. He is definitely someone you would want to befriend as he has networks that will help you navigate Kigali and he is also very knowledgeable. The reception staff also very helpful and the concierge always pleasant and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
