The hotel is very nice, everything was clean, bed was super comfy and big. The staff is very kind and helpful. We did not try the shuttle bus and the breakfast, so I cannot rate these. Also, the location is good - around 15 minutes drive to haram and 10 minutes drive to the mall of Mecca. Around you can find one little grocery shop and a few restaurants.

The Hotel Location was perfect from the Holy Masjid Al Haram easily accessible by the Hotel Shuttle Bus. This was the best service. Rooms are Top Class clean and Luxurious feelings.Bath Room Kit has variety and quality. Iron Prayer Mat and more Tea Kit also there. For Hotels Facilities and Luxurious Protokol is because of Hotel Management.I would like especially Thanks to its Management for such Protocol. For Me distance doesn't matter even Hotel has Bus shuttle service but Taxi was not costly for me to go Harram in emergency just 5 Rials and you are in Haram.I will come again Insha Allah with my family and will recommend this Hotel in Germany to Friends and family Friends.
