"Excellent location right next to the Lipica Stud Farm, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped rooms. I was most impressed by the hotel's modern and slick design, you will not be disappointed. The food is delicious as well.

Brand new building of the hotel, stylish and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing is location, right next to Lipica stud farm.

I loved the food and location, the nature and the horses are beautiful. Rooms are very modern and nice.

Location is nice, close to the stud farm. A couple of minutes away from small villages in Slovenia and Italy, convenient to visit surrounding areas. Breakfast is decent, a lot of good options, maybe i would add some variety (same every morning). Rooms are clean, modern with a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air in the mornings. They don’t have a pool but the bikes and minigolf can compensate.

Modern hotel, great & peaceful location. Sparkling clean !

Loved the location within a huge park where you can see hundreds of horses, close to Trieste, Piran, and many natural attractions. The rooms are modern and functional, the breakfast quite good, also with local produce. Parking is free, although this does not seem very clear when you arrive.
