We stayed for only 1 night between going to Sun Moon lake and Cingjing farm. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a rather luxurious bathroom with segregated toilet, shower and tub. The wardrobe was quite ingenious, sandwiched between the bathroom and the bedroom so it opens on either side and you can retrieve the clothes from it when changing in the bathroom. Hotel was very generous with the complimentary snacks (crackers, chips etc) and drinks (lemon tea, soft drinks, juice). The breakfast buffet has a big spread but unfortunately when we stayed, the whole town was doing a 5-day vegetarian fast as they were building a temple) so the breakfast were all vegetarian food

Luxury hotel. The main perks are the pool with hot water tubs outdoor. Bathtub in the room. Excellent diner and breakfast. Excellent chief of the dining room.

We had an amazing time at Sun Moon Lake Hotel, thanks to the excellent rooms with private partition option within the room for dining/work purposes. view from the balcony was awesome, you can access to lake walking trail from hotel. Room had hot-tubs with TV on the wall (haven't see it else where). They have good kids play area and game room. Hotel provided free bikes to go around the lake. Free shuttle buses to market/pier hourly.

My room was clean and large, with a spa and the lake view. The young lady at the reception was very helpful and managed to arrange my return.

The view from the room was superb. The balcony was huge and clean. The bathroom and bedroom were big and comfortable. The location was very good as it was near the walking streets, the place to rent paddles on the lake and the place to board ferries. Their other building nearby has heated swimming pools and onsen. The breakfast place there has a great view too.

The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains helpful. Great shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The area was quiet, away from main area but very close walking distance to enjoy the port and restaurants. The breakfast area had a beautiful view of the water and there was a wide array of foods to chose from to please every palate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Recommend visiting during the week as there are fewer crowds.
