Beautiful hotel, away from hustle and bustle, calm location but with a scooter it it really centrally located to visit everything interesting, very kind and helpful staff, with dear Jade speaking lovely French. I was really charmed by this hotel and would highly recommend!

Very good home stay, Thai met us on arrival and helped us with checking in, arranging breakfast and transport for local attractions and also transport to return to Hanoi. this is an excellent location near to all local attractions . We also borrowed bikes and cycled around local area.

We very enjoyed our stay here , they got the green garden a lot of Trees , everyone here also very helpful and friendly, especially Phuc who supported us during we stay here . From this place to Hang Mua 10mins , Trang An 15mins , Tam coc 25mins , Bai Dinh 30mins , sometimes the Grab not working but you can let them call help you with price is the same , we think this not is problem. Because you will get fresh air , quiet area , good for relaxing. Absolutely the food very delicious, we are welcomed by the food even though we checked in really late. Highly recommendations!

This is a newly opened resort, but it’s absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed.The entire space feels relaxing, elegant, and inviting. What really stands out is the service – the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented. You can truly feel that they care about your experience and want everything to be just right. We had a late train at 6 PM, and even after checking out, the staff kindly allowed us to continue using the pool and relaxing in the lobby area. It made a huge difference to be able to unwind comfortably while waiting. The shuttle service was also very well organized and thoughtful. Every part of the experience felt smooth and cared for. Thanks Anna, Thuy and team If you're looking for a place where you'll be genuinely taken care of, this is it. Highly recommended,
