We liked the cleanliness of the place, room and facilities. Breakfast were very good. Staff were friendly, helpful and guide us for the most famous attractions in the island. Even when frog stepped into our room, we called room service and helped us to get the frog out of the room And the good one that the staff speak and understand english which is rare in vietnam. We were pleased with our stay in lahana resort and definitely will come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sakurakyo Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the complimentary cable car tickets to Hon Thom Island. Great value for money - highly recommended if you want to enjoy sunset views and peaceful surroundings.

Very tasty breakfast, great coffee,we changed 3 hotels in Phu Quoc and here you could find best service and best meals.Room is very comfortable, you could find all you need. The hotel has the most beautiful landscaping... It is gorgeous. The manager at the front desk (Thu) was so sweet. She took care of all issues quickly, and even gave us a little gift when we were leaving. There is a free shuttle to the nearest beach. Other hotels and restaurants are not too far. Breakfast was nice. We went snorkeling in the southern part of the island (best part), and it was very close to here.

Beautiful grand luxurious hotel, huge rooms, very comfortable kingsize beds with feather pillows. Great rooftop pool and bar area ,great breakfast selection, and free airport transfers. What really made our stay was the fabulous staff that took care of our every need with style and grace by far the best service I have received in any of my many travels. The hotel is almost beachfront with a lovely beach bar in front and great restaurants a short stroll away. Taxi, grab cars and tuk tuk wait outside the hotel and transport you wherever you wish to go on the island. We were lucky to be treated to a free massage by very well trained professional spa staff and enjoyed a wonderful complimentary 3 course lunch for 6 people as they wanted a review of the new menu We truely were very spoilt and cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel.
