Imppecable clean hotel, please keep it like this, spacious room, extremely comfortable bed and matress, all amenities inside the room. Very polite and nice staff. Good breakfast. It can be seen that they pay attention to the client. Points for the fresh flowers in the lobby, loved them and the way they were cleaned and cared. Location 10+. Just the windows don't open, is just the clima working and it is weird, uncomfortable feeling and a bit unhealthy to stay like this for several days. I understand that several buildings in Abu Dhabi are like this but not all. We will come back for sure anyhow and... Thank you, Staff, for all understanding! ;)

Everyone was so helpful and happy to help , very polite people, great stuff. The room was super comfortable , it was supplied with everything you need!! The area itself was safe and had everything you needed super close. The view is very good too. Local buses are available, very close to the hotel , you can also get a bus to Dubai from that area, it helped us a lot. Small note for the people that say it smells like cigarettes, IT DOES NOT , we stayed on the 7th floor and it was just great, nothing to worry about. In general we were really satisfied with this hotel and we will definitely come back anytime! Definitely recommend!!

Staff at the front desk is very welcoming and attentive. Furnishing and facilities of the hotel are top notch - free access to the gym, swimming pool, there are restaurants and bars in the building along with a cosmetics salon and a spa. Rooms are cozy, beds are very comfortable to sleep on and everything was clean upon my arrival. Moreover, the room cleaning service comes every day to take care of the room - trash is taken out, bed made, clothes folded and bathroom cleaned. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea and water bottles in the rooms which get refilled every day. Wi-Fi is also fast and reliable.
