This 1 star hotel felt like 3 or 4 stars. Exceeded my expectations! They also gave us the socket adapter free of charge. Location is nice.

The hotel was great, first of all the location is awesome, you have bus stops in front and can reach main attractions quickly, you can also easily reach the bus station when leaving Abu Dhabi Building is magnificent and very stylish The room was clean, and had necessary ammenities. Prime location, stylish, generously sized and immaculate public spaces. Superb club lounge with live cooking station and a wide variety of tasty food and quality drinks. The kindness and professionalism of all staff stood out. Impeccable service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Deluxe room was spacious with modern furnishings, bed and pillows were great, spacious toilet and bathroom. Ironing board was of good quality. Staff at front desk, concierge and housekeeping were attentive and very quick to respond. Location was good. Everything was perfect.
