The Hoteltherme is 3,000 m² in size and includes a natural bathing pond, an indoor thermal pool, a modern outdoor thermal pool, a sauna area as well as a separate ladies' spa, modern relaxation oases and various saunas. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

Located in the heart of Styria’s Thermal Region, Rogner Bad Blumau is not only a spa hotel, but a “Gesamtkunstwerk” (“complete artwork”), designed by the famous Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Nice thermal spa. Comfortable beds. Nice view from the room. Very good dinner buffet included.

The family-run 4-star Naturhotel Bauernhofer is set in a quiet location on 1,132 metres above sea level on the Brandlucken, amidst the Almenland Nature Park. It offers a spa area, and panoramic views of the scenic landscape. Free parking and free WiFi are available. The property was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The Pools and saunas were great and we had fantastic massages. The food was incredible.

All of the individually decorated rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box. Most rooms have a balcony and all come with a modern bathroom featuring a shower and free toiletries. Some units are air-conditioned. A separate toilet is provided in all rooms. It’s out of the way and not crowded or full of people all over. It’s a family-owned business type environment although I’m not sure if it is, but I assume so. Folks were very friendly, and spoke English with us, since we don’t speak German. We got some cards to use all around Austria with a lot of free stuff while we stayed on the property. Also got a hefty discount at Rogner Bad Blumau where we celebrated our 20 year anniversary. Also the included great breakfast was very delicious with a good array of options. There is a pool next to the river where you can spend some quiet time reaing a book while you eat a fresh picked apple from their apple trees. Thank You Staff.

Hotel-Restaurant Allmer is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Weiz and offers a wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. The on-site restaurant offers Austrian specialities à la carte. just a great hotel! nice room, modern and clean. saunas were great. restaurant good food, breakfast great choices and fresh. Will definitely stay again!

Set in Sankt Johann bei Herberstein, 47 km from Graz Opera House, Landgut Riegerbauer offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a terrace and a bar. The accommodation features room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. We were passing through for one night. We are vegetarians and this is usually a problem. However, the host welcomed us with great vegetarian dishes. At our request, we were offered a properly selected local wine for testing with each dish. It was a professional testing and pairing of wines with information about the wines tasted and their producers living nearby. Excellent wines. Breakfast was outstanding. A large selection of excellent quality dery and vegetables and bread.

The family-run Mein Hotel Fast is situated in the centre of Wenigzell, just a 5-minute drive from the slopes and features a spacious spa area. The surrounding Joglland Region is a favourite among nature lovers. We have spent a week at this location which lies at about 800 m in a charming little Mountain Village. The Hotel is very modern with very spacious rooms, immaculate and tidy. We originally booked a double room but on arrival , we were upgraded to a mini suite which was such a lovely surprise! This consisted of a bedroom leading onto a sitting room with yet another sofa which could’ve served as a third bed , from where the room opened onto a veranda with lovely views of the fields and towards the mountains in the background. The food was quite delicious and although we only expected breakfast and supper, they actually served a very substantial snack during the day between 2 and 4 pm The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by decking for those people who enjoyed the Sun However, beyond that area was a large lawn dotted with shade trees where people could hide away from the sun and relax. There was also an indoor swimming pool which I used several times. It was charming with a lovely restroom next to it, with towels and robes. And looking out onto a private lawn area again dotted with deckchairs. It was very hot whilst we were there so I did not use the outdoor pool and the decking area surrounding it. But we went and hid under the big leafy trees on the lawn beyond the pool area Everything was beautifully done , to cater for all different kinds of guests. The other thing I liked was there was no piped music in the dining room , which made it lovely and peaceful If you wanted to have your meals outside, you could go and sit on the terrace outside the main dining room. It was very comfortable and breezy in this hot weather. I could go on and on, but it was the most amazing place and I will certainly come again Thank you very much, Hotel Fast.

Quietly situated in the historic Hartberg city centre, Hotel Alter Gerichtshof is set in a building from the 17th century decorated in castle style and offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a private balcony and satellite TV. Hartberg Castle is 100 metres away. Great place. All details (decoration, furniture..) so amazing. Everything is there for pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We liked out room, It was roomy and clean. It even had a sauna we did not use as we were passing through for one night. We loved loved the food in the restaurant on site in this family operated facility.

The Almwellness Hotel Pierer****Superior on the Teichalm refreshes with even more recreational quality. Thanks to the newly expanded AlmWellness & SPA area with a 20-metre infinity pool, panorama sauna and a second outdoor whirlpool as well as 12 Alpine garden suites, yoga & activity room and fitness studio and an underground car park with 29 parking spaces, it will be even nicer! It is one of the best and most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Everything was on the top level.
