The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. To be honest we are very picky, but this hotel was far beyond our expectations! Every year we visit Wörthersee and this year we found this truly amazing hotel with huge rooms. Extremely helpful staff, very nice private beach, very good breakfast, very beautiful well-equipped suits with kitchen, we could cook for our 2-year old daughter. The parking space in underground garage was also very comfortable and free of charge! We will definitely come back next year for a longer period of time.
