Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways. Excellent stuff very helpful, and special thanks to Afroditi at the reception who help us a lot with information about our city visit Very clean room and very comfortable room with superb pillows and linen Breakfast is one of the best in Belgium hotels. Everything was perfect and I wish to stayed more days there. I’ll definitely come back again!

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. Our stay at Pillows was easily one of the best we've ever experienced and we do travel quite often. From the rich history and stunning interiors to the sumptuous food and perfect location, every aspect of our visit was outstanding. However, it was the exceptional staff that truly set this hotel apart. (Anais, in particular, stands out, but all staff were incredibly kind and genuine.) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were coming home after each day of exploring the city. We can't recommend Pillows highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

La atención de Sanna , encantadora y muy entregada a hacer nuestra estadía grata. Creo que eso le sumó muchos puntos a este alojamiento

Very nicely decorated and the owners were very helpful, immediately attending to some technical issues we had with the room. Breakfast has everything you need and we are dog lovers so didn’t mind the three four-legged friends at all.

Great history. Nice stylish interior design. Clean and comfortable. The best breakfast we have had a long time. Luuk and Erwin were simply the nicest and most attentive hosts you could ever ask for in a hotel or real B&B like La Corderie.
