"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Small nice hotel, not too busy. The food was really tasty. The staff was amazing! Friendly and polite. The Spa was great. Great location, just next to Yastrebets 🚡 And a 10 minute walk to the Martinovi Baraki lift.

Comfortable and clean room room. Good breakfast. A pool with enough sunbeds, the children's part of the pool is practical. Friendly staff.

The property is located in a building with no elevator. When travelling with pets, please note that pets are allowed only in the following rooms: "Chalet" and "Superior Chalet" for an extra charge of 40 BGN per pet, per night. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and gave us advice and information on everything we needed and they catered to our every need. Breakfast was excellent and the location is great. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Borovets.
