We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
