Very good breakfast, lots of choices.. Great excursion facilities and services with the Massif desk. Amazing selection of food and drinks at resto bar. The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

Welcome to an icon of Punta Arenas with years of experience, Cabo de Hornos Hotel is an icon of the capital of Patagonia. プンタアレーナスの中心に位置し、どこに行くにも便利でした。素敵な部屋に、サンチャゴでもなかなか見ないような高級感のあるロビーとレストラン。パタゴニアの都市に居るという事を忘れそうなくらい、風雅な雰囲気のホテルでした。お部屋もとても清潔で、ベッドもとても心地よく、深い眠りにつくことが出来ました。窓から見る雪をまとったプンタアレーナスの街は、旅の印象をさらに深くしました。 何よりも、スタッフの皆様が本当に優しく、とても心こまやかにサービスをしてくださったことが嬉しかったです。ここのホテルは、ファシリティもお部屋もとても素敵なのですが、何よりも、ここの従業員の皆様のフレンドリーさと、細やかなお心遣いが、このホテルのファンを創るのだろうなと思いました。私ももちろん、このホテルのファンです。プンタアレーナスにまた来ることがありましたら、またこちらに伺いたいと思います。

Located in Puerto Natales' city centre, Vinnhaus is a fully-renovated historical house providing hostel accommodation in a vintage atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi access is available on site. Rooms are small but nice. Staff are excellent. Location in downtown is very convenient.

The hotel has a truly amazing location and a great view. This is very original architecture: as if hidden in the mountain slope or buried in the ground. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was large, well equipped and nicely designed. The hotel has free private parking. The breakfast was just great!!! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was really great, more than I could eat. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.

We are the best choice to visit Torres del Paine and all the attractions that Patagonia has to offer Enjoy the best experience in the Chilean Patagonia with excellent service, spacious and comfortable... We stayed here after a week of hiking in Torres del Paine park. The hotel was a great haven of luxury and comfort after this hike. The staff were very friendly and all fluent in English. The hotel’s location was fantastic on the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel without reservations.

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

Located 50 metres from the main square and 100 metres from Magallanes museum, Hotel José Nogueira offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in Punta Arenas. Beautiful hotel in one of Punta Arenas historic palaces in the town centre. The room had recently been refurbished, was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff was helpful. Food was good. Recommended

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
