El hotel era muy bonito, el desayuno súper bueno y la habitación moderna y bonita, con espacio suficiente. Había también un rooftop con unas vistas muy guays. El personal del hotel era muy amable y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarte, sobretodo Lily, que estuvo por nosotros en todo momento. Esta muy cerca de la entrada al cableway de Tianmen Mountain.

This hotel was simply amazing — we had a wonderful stay. It’s located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views. The staff arranged a transfer from our previous hotel and, upon arrival, helped us organise our visits to the mountains — really lovely team. The room was very comfortable and offered beautiful views. We also enjoyed free transfers from the hotel to Wulingyuan. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and we had dinner there too, which was really nice. This hotel is a hidden gem and we highly recommend it. P.S. There were some adorable dogs and even a playful monkey that appeared from time to time!

Our three-day stay at this place was fantastic. Steven and Frank helped us with everything we needed. They helped us get tickets for the city's attractions, and they sent a car to pick us up at the train station. The human quality, beyond the accommodation, is something that should be highlighted. On the other hand, the hotel is very nice, with decent rooms—spacious and very functional for a city stay. It's about 15-20 minutes from one of the park's entrances, which, if you get the right ticket, makes it much easier to access on foot. I would definitely stay here again. Forest Glass inn se encuentra en Zhangjiajie y ofrece alojamiento con terraza o balcón, wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana, además de salón de uso común y restaurante. Xiaomei took care of everything for us, including park reservations, tickets for shows, accommodating our requests and changing needs, helping us out , carrying our luggage in the rain, and providing umbrellas when needed, and finally even taking me to a hospital and serving as a translator between the crew and me. She took care of our commute to everywhere we needed, made us terrific breakfast, and sat with us for explanations as our guide to the area. The hotel itself is a great eco friendly resort and is a wonderful place to stay. This was the best hotel in our 1 month and 12 different accommodations. It was much more than a place to sleep or stay, at was a cardinal part of our trip . We stayed in the rainbow units and they are absolutely beautiful.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us booking the tickets to the various nature parks of this region and were always eager to help and plan a nice journey in the parks. The food was also great and the bathtub on the balcony is a nice addition to the beautiful room.

We liked Lukas's attitude to his guests, with great care and respect. His smile enlightens all around, you just feel very deeply his warmth and love to all surroundings, including us.
