The staff were amazing, very friendly, family style warmth and provided tailored experiences for us. The hotel staff helped us with organizing the itinerary and booking everything for us, so it was a very smooth experience. The hotel itself has amazing mountain views. It is an intimate and cozy boutique hotel which is a nice getaway from an otherwise large and hectic city. They also have cute little dogs and cats around the property who are very friendly.

Lucas made us a 3d/4n trip (2 days Zhanjiajie, 1 day tianmen) and we think we’ve seen it all as this is something you only do once in a lifetime. Food in the hotel is great and enough variety to not get bored on day 3. Thank you Lucas and staff.
