(By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

GeGeHouse - Lijiang Old Town está a 5 min a pie de Fang Guoyu's Former Residence y ofrece jardín, además de alojamiento con patio y wifi gratis. My stay at GeGeHouse was amazing! I enjoyed it so much. It is run by incredibly lovely women who are welcoming, respectful and incredibly helpful. Pick up and drop off service was included. The rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient. The staff members also helped me a lot with booking hotels and train tickets to other cities which is so generous! Especially as a solo female traveler I felt very very safe there and this is all a girl could ask for. Can’t wait to come back!

Staying here is one of the best decisions, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a bit of a distance from the old town, yet it's still within walking range, and convient to take didi. The room is just as lovely as depicted in the pictures. Plus, the dog and cat extremely cute!

It boasts excellent scenery, featuring a dedicated viewing deck on the third floor where you can admire the Cangshan Mountain. There is also a "sky mirror" perfect for photography. The toiletries are well-stocked, and the bath amenities are from Penhaligon's. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall experience is highly recommended.
