The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms in Casa de las Flores tropical Tropical Lodge feature private bathrooms, air conditioning and balconies. Some rooms offer sea views. We arrived at Casa de las Flores last minute, because we missed our plane for Providencia. Casa de las Flores was a good choice on San Andres island. It is a bit further away from the city center, but you can easily get there (20 min drive). It is nice & calm and we had our "private" beach in front of the house! Nice swimming pool. We paid extra to have a double room with sea view; but this was worth it. The owner speaks French and gave us lots of tips to visit the island.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionist was super nice to us, helped us with everything we needed, they helped us with all the hotel staff. The friend who was with me is allergic to milk, so when we went to breakfast, the restaurant chef took care of things that would not be touched by milk at all. In short, excellent staff, clean rooms, air conditioning, hot water shower, and a family atmosphere.

A seating area and an en suite bathroom are provided .A spa bath and a balcony are featured in select suites at Casa Las Palmas. The house is great, nice decoration, huge swimming pool, the landlord was very nice with us, helped for the reservation, renting a scooter, dropping us in the center or airport. There is a service of restauration in the night that can be usefull as there is not a lot of restaurant around the place. The place is peaceful.
