We had an absolutely amazing time at Miraflores Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is a paradise—beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning nature. The food was simply incredible, with fresh and delicious dishes every day. A special shoutout to Alex and Luz, who made our experience even more special with their kindness and excellent service. Miraflores is truly the best place to stay in San Andrés. If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience, this is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

La Casa de las Flores tropical Tropical Lodge se encuentra a 1 km de la playa y ofrece una piscina exterior y un jardín en San Andrés. We arrived at Casa de las Flores last minute, because we missed our plane for Providencia. Casa de las Flores was a good choice on San Andres island. It is a bit further away from the city center, but you can easily get there (20 min drive). It is nice & calm and we had our "private" beach in front of the house! Nice swimming pool. We paid extra to have a double room with sea view; but this was worth it. The owner speaks French and gave us lots of tips to visit the island.

There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

The bed was very comfortable and there was was hot water available all the time Upon check out we could store our luggage in the reception and enjoy the beach. There is a common shower on the ground floor and the receptionist offered us clean towels so we didn’t have to fly covered in sand.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionist was super nice to us, helped us with everything we needed, they helped us with all the hotel staff. The friend who was with me is allergic to milk, so when we went to breakfast, the restaurant chef took care of things that would not be touched by milk at all. In short, excellent staff, clean rooms, air conditioning, hot water shower, and a family atmosphere.
