We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, hairdresser's and spa facilities. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was central and had private garage parking. The apartment is comfortable and has all amenities for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the Javor & wellness for an additional fee. It has a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, all well kept. We also took advantage of the convenient Cross cafe next door for breakfast or just simply to grab coffee. The owner even left his Cross cafe discount card at our disposition. Thank you :) Everything was great and of high standard quality and service. We will definitely be back.

High-quality property with a very nice finish. The hospitality of the owners is exceptional. Breakfast selection was broad and satisfying for both the adults and the kids. The saunas, whirlpools and pools were a cherry on top - I can highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing stay in Lipno.

All units include a seating area, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom. A dishwasher is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. I like the fact that i have booked this as a last minute in the morning and in couple of hours i was able to check in. Daniel was very accommodating. The apartment is very clean and spacious, ideal for families. It has a lovely view of the town and easy access via car, which can be parked outside on designated apartment car park , or accessible via train, that goes from Prague direct in nearby train stop. You will not hear the trains. The apartment was warm, modern and cosy with large windows. There is a fridge, microwave, oven, cooker and dishwasher with washing machine and a hairdryer. All you need. No need to bring your own bedding. We had an awsome relaxing stay using the Javor residence wellness pool as well made the most of the local ski slopes, which are walking distance from the apartment. red ski slopes of Spicak are a mile away. There was a good atmosphere in Apartments Lipno Serafin. It was only a short walk down to the city - and a lot of exciting places where you could go on excursions. Both the accommodation and the town of Lipno are clearly something we can recommend visiting :)
