We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace! We spent a full week there and were very sad to leave. The hotel director and every member of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. Our family room was spacious and had a big terrace. The hotel will clean your room every day, but you have to request it at reception as the staff won't enter your room without your permission. The hotel's garden and pool area were the absolute highlight for us. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you will see the hotel staff throughout the day watering and taking care of the outdoor space, making it a true oasis. We spent almost all evenings there enjoying food, freshly pressed juices and of course shisha! We would absolutely recommend the Turquoise Pyramids and would definitely stay there if we were to visit Cairo again.

The location was perfect for my purposes. There is a gas station shop 24h very close to the hotel and also Mall of Arabia is nearby. The room and facilities are absolutely fantastic. I haven't slept in more comfortable bed in my whole life. Everything was extra clean. The hosts were super kind and flexible. Mr. Ibrahim and Ahmed were a great help for me during my stay. It is good value for money.

Seven Stays Zayed Hotel in Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, was an absolutely fantastic stay. I stayed for one night in a standard king room before catching a flight back to England the next day. The whole place felt welcoming right from the start — everyone I met greeted me with a genuine smile, which really set the tone. The receptionist that greeted me in the morning had a very calming welcoming aura, I'm just ashamed I couldn't remember his name but he was a prime example of what hospitality and care should be! With regards to where the hotel is situated, the hotel is located inside a secure compound, so I felt super safe and relaxed throughout my visit. It took me half hour to reach from Sphinx Airport and the pyramids are also 30 mins away so it is perfectly situated and any taxi drivers (I was entering and leaving with Uber) that would arrive at the compound would have their ID and information checked and recorded and this also made me feel safe. There are local shops, Egyptian fast food, foreign cuisine restaurants, lots of shopping malls located within 15 minutes and a pharmacy which is two minutes away- basically what I'm trying to say is anything and everything that you will need you can find! Going back to the aesthetic of the hotel the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, thanks in no small part to Nesma, the cleaner who did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and tidy and even offered to help me carry my bags! The room was comfy and the bed linens felt exquisite and I had a side door that led directly outside so I could escape to the pool whenever I wanted. I opted for a smoking room and so I could smoke freely without any let or hindrance. The room also has a combination safe so you can keep all your valuables safe and sound, I almost forgot my wallet with all my banks cards in there and the very helpful cleaner reminded me to check I hadn't left anything behind in the room or safe before checking out. thankyou Nesma!
