Our room on the ground floor was very nice and comfortable, with a great view on the surrounding lawns and fields from our window and terrace. The breakfast was very good; the hotel provides pre-printed notes with items to choose from to avoid food waste (with regard to the choices of bread it could be made clearer that the items to choose from, like croissants and so on, are additional to the several sorts of bread that are available at the buffet anyway). We will certainly choose Villa Walbaum again if we ever come back to this region.

A couple of nice friendly dogs was a big + for our kids. Swimming pool was available. Rooms are all new and well decorated and equipped. Service at dinner and breakfast was like in a 5* hotel.

Great location and close to the centerville/old town. Loved the organic and locally sourced products. Had the most beautiful breakfast that was delivered to our door in a basket. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is gorgeous the hosts are lovely and they only have meals every second night so the night we got there he made for us a platter which was a full meal in itself. It's really beautiful you need a car to get there but highly recommend it
