It was modern and stylish and super cosy. There was so much information about things to do on the peninsular which was really helpful. The location was so beautiful, and we loved having all the sheep nearby.
Spotlessly clean, high quality fixtures and fittings, beautifully decorated in a stylish and modern aesthetic whilst keeping a traditional cottage feel.
This stylish and modern property has everything you expect and more. The attention to detail of the decor and furnishings was of the highest quality. We arrived to a traditional fruit cake, a bottle of milk, wine and tea and coffee Our 3 nights break in the depths of winter was one of the most memorable of my lifetime. Having to work over Christmas was quickly forgotten by this gem with the privacy and tranquility needed to relax and enjoy countryside walks.
Absolutely stunning location, it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, which suits me! Surrounded by greenery and a beautiful stream, so gorgeous. The cottage is beautifully renovated with quality fittings. Lovely little touches, milk, coffee and cake waiting for us. 👍
Staff were friendly and the hotel is modern with a good amount of space, clean and tidy, great location for other towns and easy to find. Looks great from the outside at night and there's a beautiful view at the front. Lots of parking. We got an upgrade which we really appreciated and all staff were happy to help with anything. Bed was comfy and warm, sleep quality was amazing which can be hard for some away from home, bath and shower were clean and spacious compared to a lot of other hotels and it was nice to be able to spread out.
Lovely, modern decor throughout with nice quality furniture. Good layout that made use of the space. Spacious outdoor area with lots of seating. The owners were responsive, informative and helpful. Parking right outside the property which felt secure. Easy to get to and in a good location for driving to nearby towns and tourist destinations. Short walk to a nice, quiet beach.
The property is modern built, and has good quality facilities provided. The property has local amenities and attractions, location is good. The accommodation is perfect for a private relaxing holiday. The hosts Gareth and Gwen are lovely on hand for support. Small touches such as Welsh cakes and flowers was a nice touch as a welcome. Will defo recommend to family and friends and will be visiting soon in the near future.
It was modern, clean, the extras were amazing like Molton brown shower gel. Good quality coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The staff were really friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The food for the breakfast was amazing including the cappuccino. Its a great location for Barmouth central and the parking was easily accessible around the corner from the hotel. They even allowed us to stay on the car park for a little longer when we asked because the hotel wasn't full that day.
