Apartment furnishings were of exceptional quality. The owners have clearly spared no time nor expense in out a modern and stylish interior. The location was quiet whilst also within easy reach of the city centre

The house and gardens are gorgeous. They have been stylishly renovated and everything feels top quality. The beds were huge and so comfortable. Loved seeing the red squirrels outside our windows and the deer running past. Spotlessly clean and everything was in good condition. Lovely location just off the centre of Coupar Angus down a long gravel driveway. Helen was at hand should we need anything.

The property was in a great location, not far from public transport into the city centre and some lovely cafes. The room was clean and the facilities were good - the bathroom was very modern and recently renovated. Good value for money.

Very stylish and spacious flat, modern high quality and well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and very good condition throughout - almost felt brand new. Great location and free parking available within 50 metres or so. Own front door and stairwell - not shared with other apartments.

Spacious bedroom; modern ensuite and tastefully renovated house. The breakfast was the best we have had in Scotland ( and we have had some very good breakfasts) Location was close to good food, the river and city centre, made it very easy to get around.

Personal handwritten greeting to welcome us outside the premise making us feel extra special .fresh flowers, Scottish deluxe toiletries. Warm friendly local inn steps from the premise with delicious food . Perfect gem of a find.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was modern and stylish. Location was safe and ideal for city centre.
